• Green Flag Campaign to End #CDL: Child labour deprives children of their childhood, their potential, dignity and is harmful to their physical and mental development. One of the worst forms of child labour prevailing in Pakistan is Child Domestic Labour (CDL). To address this form of child abuse, GDP has launched a Green Flag Campaign encouraging Pakistani citizens to oppose Child Domestic Labour (CDL) by installing Green Flag Plates outside their home as a commitment to not employing children in any capacity at home. The Green Flag Campaign is a community-based campaign. Through this campaign, state actors, civil society representatives, and community members will be invited to install the plates outside their home to indicate that they do not practice CDL (sending or employing) – a gesture of social responsibility and healthy citizenry – and will resultantly engage others to do the same.
